It’s graduation time!

Prom and graduation are two of life’s most memorable milestones - moments that mark both achievement and celebration as one chapter ends and another begins.

Service Description

Our photography captures both occasions naturally and professionally, focusing on genuine moments, group celebrations, and individual portraits that reflect your personality and achievement. The result is a timeless collection of images that allow you to relive these important milestones for years to come. 

Before your session, we’ll have a chat to discuss the shots you’d love, key moments, and any personal details or ideas you want included, so everything is thoughtfully planned and nothing important is missed on the day.

After your session, you’ll receive an online gallery with all the unedited images so you can see everything before choosing your final images. You’ll then have one week to make your selections. Your beautifully edited images will be ready within 2 weeks of receiving your selections.

Bronze Package - £255 | Suitable for both Proms & Graduations

This package is suitable for both Proms and Graduation and focus on the ceremony.

Graduation Silver Package - £345 | For Graduations

Your graduation is documented through a mix of individual and family portraits, along with relaxed candid coverage before and after the ceremony. This includes natural moments with friends and family, as well as celebratory portraits in your chosen setting, creating a beautiful and complete record of your day.

• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied for web, social media, and print
• Count: Up to 120 edited photos via download
• Editing: Light colour correction and editing, keeping the images natural and true to the event
• Enhanced Photos of Your Choice: Up to 10 enhanced photos via download *
• Prints: 10 matching fine art 5x7 prints
• Delivery: Sneak peek within 2 days, complete gallery within 2 weeks
• Optional add-on: Tea or lunch with the family - For families celebrating together afterwards, an additional 45–60 minutes of candid photography can be added to capture table details, toasts, warm interactions, and relaxed moments during your celebratory meal.

Graduation Gold Package - £445 | For Graduations

We’ll capture your graduation story from start to finish, beginning with individual and family portraits before the ceremony. We’ll also document the atmosphere, including arrivals, gown details, conversations with friends, and joyful moments with family once your degree has been awarded. Relaxed portraits can also be taken around university grounds, historic streets, or nearby gardens. The package includes 45–60 minutes of candid coverage during tea or lunch with your family, capturing table details, toasts, and relaxed celebratory moments.

• Location: Up to 3 - home, venue, after ceremony lunch with family
• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied for web, social media, and print
• Count: Up to 200 edited photos via download
• Editing: Light colour correction and editing, keeping the images natural and true to the event
• Enhanced Photos of Your Choice: Up to 20 enhanced photos via download *
• Prints: 20 matching fine art 5x7 prints
• Delivery: Sneak peek within 2 days, complete gallery within 2 weeks

Additional fully edited and enhanced photos of your choice (applies to all packages):

* Enhanced Photos of Your Choice are images you select for additional detailed editing, where we carefully refine each photo and remove minor imperfections from both the subject and the surrounding area where appropriate.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Standard sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Events, travel, or location-based bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice.

We will always try to accommodate changes, but late cancellations may not be possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events). In such cases, we will offer an alternative dates.
