United Indian Army Commemoration Day

We were truly honoured to be invited by Cambridge City Council and the Mayor of Cambridge to document the United Indian Army Commemoration Day — a deeply meaningful and significant occasion of remembrance.

The day began with a moving multi-faith service at Great St Mary’s Church, bringing together a distinguished group of attendees. Among them was His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, Mrs Julie Spence, representing The King, alongside religious and civic leaders, and mayors from neighbouring cities, including an Italian mayor.

It was a privilege to document such an important event, capturing the solemn moments, respectful exchanges, and the spirit of remembrance throughout the day.

Thank you to Cambridge City Council and all involved for trusting us to photograph an occasion of such historical and emotional significance.
